JAMAICAN CORNED BEEF FRITTERS (excellent with fried eggs)

• 1 Tin Corned beef
• 1/3 Bottle Gray's's Spicy Sauce
• 1 Small onion finely chopped
• 2 Eggs
• Flour or bread crumbs for thickening
• 3 -4 Dashes of Gray's Hot Pepper Sauce (optional)

       PROCEDURE

• Mix all ingredients together
• Next add flour or bread crumbs until mixture gets thick
• Use a table spoon to put portions of the mixture into hot frying oil
• Fry until brown on both sides
• Put in plate with a napkin to remove excess oil
