Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–8 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Fragile Items Our products are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If your items arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages Gray's Pepper Products is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them.
